Welcome to Petway Hong Kong Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our manufacturing services for unbranded products (“Products”), including accessories, apparel, headwear, and related items. By placing an order, you (“Client”) agree to comply with these terms.
1. Scope of Services
We provide custom manufacturing services for unbranded products based on designs and specifications provided by the Client. Our services include:
Production of Products using Client-supplied design materials (e.g., CAD files, patterns, samples).
Retail and wholesale fulfillment (no minimum order quantity, MOQ).
Sustainable material sourcing and ethical manufacturing practices.
2. Client Responsibilities
2.1 Design Submission
Clients must provide accurate, print-ready design files and technical specifications.
We are not liable for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete design files.
2.2 Approvals
Clients must approve prototypes or digital proofs before mass production begins.
Failure to respond within 10 days may delay production.
2.3 Compliance
Clients ensure their designs comply with all applicable laws (e.g., copyright, safety standards).
3. Order Process
3.1 Quotes & Payment
Quotes are valid for 7 days. Payment terms: 50% deposit upfront, 50% before shipment.
We accept credit card,paypal,stripe,etc.
3.2 Production Timeline
Standard lead time: 4–6 weeks after design approval and deposit receipt.
Expedited orders incur additional fees.
3.3 Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation. Post-production cancellations require full payment.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Client Ownership
Clients retain all rights to their designs. We do not claim ownership or reuse designs without permission.
4.2 Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse production of designs violating laws, ethics, or intellectual property rights.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
5.1 Delivery
Shipping costs, timelines, and carrier options are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Risk of loss transfers to the Client upon delivery to the carrier.
5.2 Customs & Duties
Clients are responsible for import taxes, duties, and customs clearance.
6. Returns & Quality Issues
6.1 Defective Products
Claims for defects must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, per our Returns Policy.
We will replace or refund defective items confirmed to be caused by production errors.
6.2 Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or hygiene-sensitive Products (e.g., underwear) are final sale unless defective.
7. Sustainability & Ethics
7.1 Materials
Clients may choose sustainable materials (e.g., organic cotton, recycled polyester) from our library.
7.2 Labor Practices
We adhere to fair labor standards, including no child labor and safe working conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits).
Design errors or Client-supplied material defects.
Total liability is limited to the order value.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend services for Clients violating these terms.
Clients may terminate orders per Section 3.3 (Cancellations).
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through mediation/arbitration in USA.
Governing law: laws of the State of United States.
11. Amendments
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
